HOW-TO GET YOUR CORE/BOUNTY PICKED UP

1. When Your Core Is Ready For Pick-Up:
   1. Fill out this form completely.
      **This link will take you to the PRINTABLE form that must be completed and attached to the CORE return:

   2. Text or email a photo of the completed form to us.
      • Text to: 1-877-666-8679
   3. Place this form in the provided packing slip envelope (or tape to outside of crate with CLEAR tape) in a conspicuous place on the engine crate.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. DO NOT ARRANGE FREIGHT ON YOUR OWN. Michigan Motorz will contact you.
2. Please allow 30-90 days for core/bounty refund.
3. Cores CANNOT be picked up from a “zoned residential” location, or from outside the continental United States. You will need a forklift, Bobcat or tractor with forks, or loading dock. No liftgate is available at pickup.
